Healthcare IT Company is an industry-leading provider of search, scheduling, and data management solutions that help healthcare organizations connect patients with the right care – whether they look online, call in, or visit a site of care.
We here hired to photograph the entire team during a company-wide event. Setting up two photo stations in a conference room outside the ballroom was critical in our success. Over the two-day event, we were able to create 150 fantastic headshots. Attendees of the event were able to sign up for a time slot and pop into the conference break-out room for their headshot portrait session.
Consistency is key for us. We wanted to ensure the lighting, background, and expression remained as constant as possible. That was also the main challenge. Our portrait photography relies on expert use of lighting. The lights needed to be adjusted for each person’s height and complexion, not to mention if they wear glasses.
Overall, this project was an incredible success and we made a lot of people look incredibly good on their website and LinkedIn.
